Shipping and deliveries

We ship goods from our warehouse in Täby outside Stockholm every weekday.
Depending on where you live, the delivery usually takes 2-3 days.
It says Hildeståhl Grosshandel / Logcare AB on the notification from DHL.

How much is shipping?
Sweden over 500 kr – free
Sweden under 500 kr – 49 kr
Scandinavia and the Baltic States – 99 kr
EU – 119 kr
Rest of the world – 295 kr

We ship worldwide. If you live in Norway or outside the EU, you may have to pay customs duties.

Pay

You can pay with:
1) Card, via Payson.
2) Invoice (invoice comes from Payson/Svea).
3) Swish – Please note that Svea Bank AB is the recipient on Swish.

At checkout, your address details are automatically downloaded. If the data is incorrect or you want to fill it in yourself, you can clear the loaded information and enter it yourself.

The payments are handled by Payson, which is one of the large and reputable payment solutions in Scandinavia.
We do not process any card details. Nor do we store any data.

Repentance

You can return an item if you have changed your mind for any reason within 14 days. It must be unopened/unused of course.
If we have sent the wrong product or made a mistake, we will of course correct it.
Once we receive the returned goods, we will send you the money back as quickly as possible.

If you want to return something – contact us first! We’ll send you a return slip and we’ll pay the shipping.
