However, Hairforce can be used during breastfeeding.
It is particularly recommended after pregnancy, when women often experience problems with hair loss and dry skin.

Most people use Hairforce as a cure, for example once a year.
But it is ok to use Hairforce all year round.
There are also many who continue (continuously) with a maintenance dose after the regular cure of, for example, half the normal dose.

The most important thing is to take them regularly, every day! You can take them all at once or split them up morning and evening. If you are a woman, make sure your iron levels are normal. In case of iron deficiency, it is recommended that you combine Hairforce with iron supplements. Hairforce’s collagen booster works best when your body has sufficient iron. Supplement with fish oil/omega-3 or flaxseed oil.
Good fats are important. Eat plenty of protein and a well-balanced diet with fruit and vegetables.
Less sugar and dairy products tend to have a positive effect on the skin. Sleep on a silk or satin pillowcase. Be careful with high temperatures when blow-drying your hair. We are all a bit different, so the outcome will vary.

Usually – results are most noticeable on nails and skin.
Hair loss usually slows down in a couple of weeks.
For new hair to gain better strength and volume, you need to be patient, our customers usually notice it from 2.5-3 months, often by small beaver hairs appearing, usually around the temple and forehead.
Then we recommend continuing and doing a cure of at least 6 months.
Many people also notice that their hair grows faster after using Hairforce for a while, from about 5 weeks.

A new and stronger nail is usually noticeable after a couple of months, although many people notice the effect already during the first jar by the nail growing better and feeling a little stronger.

For the skin, it varies depending on what kind of skin you have to begin with.
Results are usually seen relatively quickly.
Customers reporting positive results on adult acne, radiance and softness, atopic eczema and dry skin have noticed results in the 2nd to 3rd month.
The “subtle face lift” is often noticed from 4-5 weeks onwards.

Most people split the daily dose in two (e.g. morning and evening), but you can take all the tablets at once if you find it easier. Take with food if possible. If you can, avoid drinking large amounts at the same time, preferably drink between meals, preferably filtered water!

Hairforce tablets have a smooth surface and are made to be easy to swallow.
But it is possible to chew or crush the tablets for those who have difficulty swallowing tablets.
Some people even mix them into a smoothie.

Given the sheer volume of substances Hairforce formula contains, we cannot make them smaller or fewer! It’s not that we use fillers to make it “look like a lot of tablets per jar”, if we could we would make them smaller. But one tablet of Hairforce contains more substance/substances than other supplements do per daily dose.

When you start using Hairforce, you may find that your pee is a more yellow-green color than usual.
This is normal and nothing to worry about.
The reason is the B vitamin riboflavin, it contains an orange pigment and the yellow color means that the body is absorbing the riboflavin as it should and eliminating the pigment.
After about two weeks (varies from person to person) this usually subsides.
This happens with all B vitamin supplements and is nothing to worry about.
The color actually means that the riboflavin is needed.

We have not heard from any customer that Hairforce causes more body hair (e.g. on the legs), which is interesting. We believe this is because Hairforce is a hormone balancer and excessive body hair can be a sign of hormonal imbalance.
